Join us for our Amazing Grace Lenten series based on the beloved song that celebrates its 250th anniversary this year. In our Ash Wednesday service on February 22nd at 12 & 7 p.m., which will include the Imposition of Ashes, we will focus on the amazing grace of God King David experienced when he confessed his sins and was forgiven. We experience that same amazing grace of God in confession and forgiveness this Lent as we look toward the cross of Christ that made our freedom from sin possible.
Days for Girls will be starting up again with a Workshop on the 2nd Saturday of each month (unless otherwise posted on the calendar). We will meet from 10am - Noon in the Sow & Sew Room. If you are interested in joining us - or just curious about what we do at a Days for Girls Workshop, speak with Karen Rinaldi or Rachel D’Anna at church, or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Days for Girls is a great volunteer opportunity, not limited to adults, but also for Middle School and High School students that may need volunteer hours. Sewing experience is not necessary for you to attend a workshop. There are many other tasks that go into the production of a Days for Girls Feminine Hygiene Bag.
Watch for upcoming Workshops on the church calendar.
