Early Childhood

Early Childhood classes are available for 2 ½, 3 and 4 olds. Our programs are licensed by the State of New Jersey. We believe that developmentally-appropriate foundational experiences are necessary building blocks for positive life-long learning. Redeemer offers the kinds of activities, experiences and environment that will allow each child to:

develop skills and joy in learning to work and play with others
broaden their self-awareness and encourage creativity
develop security, independence, and a feeling of worth
grow in his/her personal relationship with Jesus

The 2½ year old class is offered to children who are 2½ by September 1. Children can attend 2 days on Tuesdays and Thursdays or 3 days on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9:00-11:45 a.m. The child: staff ratio is 6:1. Children who are 3 years old and fully potty-trained may also stay for Lunch Bunch and aftercare.

The EC3s class is intended for three year-olds and young fours and meets 9:00 – 11:45 a.m. Children can attend 5 days: M to F; 3 days: M,W,F; or 2 days: Tue. & Thu. Lunch Bunch, Extended Child Care, and “Mini-ECE” are available afternoon options.

The EC4s class meets 5 days a week from 9:00-12:00 and is intended for children who will enter Kindergarten the following year. This 3-hour class introduces many kindergarten readiness experiences.
