Our Mission Statement
MAKING DISCIPLES WHO MAKE DISCIPLES FOR JESUS CHRIST
In celebration of God’s love for the entire world and the consequent diversity of His Church, Redeemer Lutheran Church and School actively seeks to make and nurture followers of Jesus from every walk of life and from diverse racial and cultural backgrounds.
Our faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior of the world is based upon the Holy Bible. We believe that all the canonical books of the Old and New Testaments are the revealed Word of God, verbally inspired by the Holy Spirit. The Holy Bible is the only source and standard for life and for teaching
The Lutheran Church – Missouri Synod is rooted strongly in the Word of God. We are focused on Jesus Christ and His presence among us. This focus gives us compassion to be sensitive servants to all people in need. The LCMS reaches out boldly with the Gospel of Christ through the work of more than 400 missionaries in nearly 70 countries around the world. The Synod, highly respected in the Christian education field, administers the largest Protestant school system in the United States. The Lutheran Church is faithful to the Scriptures and holds to the beliefs of the Lutheran Confessions produced as a result of the Reformation of the 16th Century and the work of Martin Luther. Finally, we are marked as people of peace and unity in the Lord.
